Free InformationFree literature about amblyopia, strabismus, eye safety and other important written information about the eyes is available free-of-charge to residents of Ohio, USA who have children. If you would like free literature about the eyes, please complete the Free Literature Request Form below. The literature will be mailed to you and you should receive the information in about two weeks. The free literature is available to Ohioans because of contributions received by the Save Our Sight Fund for Children, from the donation check-off box on Ohio license plate renewal forms. The free literature is restricted to Ohio residents. The purpose of the free literature is to increase awareness of eye problems in children, particularly as they relate to amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye. Also, a major emphasis of the Save Our Sight Fund for Children is eye safety. Free Literature Request Form (Ohio only)
