Retail Stores for Eye Patches

The Ohio Amblyope Registry is compiling a list of stores and retail outlets in Ohio which sell eye patches for the treatment of lazy eye.  This page is strictly for use in helping parents of amblyopic children find local stores and retail outlets which sell eye patches and in no way should it be construed as an endorsement or support of such stores.  If you know of a store or retail outlet in Ohio which sells eye patches and it is not on our list, please let us know of the store name, location and, ideally, phone number so we can add them to the list.  If you go to a listed store and they no longer sell eye patches, please let us know and we will update the list.  Again, this is a service for families of children with amblyopia to help them find eye patches in Ohio.  Thank you for your support.
